After more than ten years in operations and customer service management, joining Carousel's Customer Success team gave me the perfect space to expand my technical skills while building great relationships, all supported by a team that makes work genuinely rewarding.
Off-the-clock, I am a proud UCF alum and Florida native who spends most of my free time with family. We love movie nights, game tournaments, and finding fun ways to stay active together. I also channel a lot of creative energy into the kitchen, where I love trying out new recipes and showing off my mean baking skills.
