My background is in retail, sales, customer support, and education. An educator at heart, I received my bachelor's degree in secondary education/history from the University of South Alabama in 2020 during the height of Covid. I am graduating with a master's degree in instructional technology from the University of Alabama in December 2025. With several previous roles in account management and education, I get to blend all of my experiences as a Customer Success Manager.

As a CSM, my main job is to teach people how to use the Carousel Cloud software, but I also handle renewals and other account management tasks.In my spare time, I enjoy hanging out with my wife, young son, friends, and family. I love to travel, watch movies & TV, play video games, read, and watch sports.
