Player Installation Assistance DETAILS

A Carousel representative will remotely assist in configuring up to one each of BrightSign, Apple TV, or Windows based media players, validating connection to the Carousel server instance along with download and display of content on the media player. Assistance beyond a single player of each type not included. Configuration of additional players are the responsibility of the site owner or reseller. Please allow 1-2 business days for scheduling.

Requirements

  • Remote access to the server
  • Remote access to a workstation with the ability to read from and write to an SD card (Brightsign only)
  • Remote access to Windows based player appliances  

Checklist

The following checklist items will be completed as a part of the Installation Assistance service.

  • A player is connected and displayed in the dashboard
  • The player can successfully download and display content from the server
